I can't believe that I missed that Marketa Irglova and Glen Hansard were nominated for Best Original Song. It really deserved to win, and when Marketa got cut off from giving a thank you, she deserved to be brought back out to say a few words.
Once was a beautiful movie that probably couldn't have been nominated for more than it was, but Best Original Song it owned.
Who would have ever thought that someday Outspan Foster from the Commitments would have an Oscar?

I felt so happy about that Oscar win. I didnt even know they were nominated. But good for them, that movie is beautiful and so is that song.
im glad she got to speak because what she said ended up being really worth it, even though it was simple.
